47 TC Students Advance to State Competition

Congratulations to those students who competed the SkillsUSA District Competition recently.

The results are in and 47 TC students earned medals in their respective competitions. 30 of these gold, silver and bronze medalists are eligible to advance to the state level of competition which will take place on April 25  to April 27 in Marlboro, MA.

Students who earned a gold medal and are advancing to state competition are:

Rhys Beck and James Robertson in Additive Manufacturing; Samuel Noonan in Carpentry;  Paul McLaughlin, Nicholas Ewanchuk and Dylan Sullivan in Automated Manufacturing; Matthew Noonan in Automotive Service Technology; Ethan Timothy Roco in Computer Programming; Olivia Brudrett in Graphic Imaging Sublimation; Martin McCrave in Industrial Motor Control; Conor Cadorette in Information Technology Service; Paul Haggerty in Residential & Commercial Appliance Technology; Corey Ball in Telecommunications Cabling; Elizabeth Uhlhorn and Alexander Gries in Web Design.

Students who earned a silver medal and are advancing to state competition are:

Ella Whittenberger in Basic Health Care; Noah Gable in Cabinetmaking; Devin Roca in Computer Programming; Eleanor Davis in Customer Service; Sophia Holbrook in Early Childhood Education; Jake Houlihan in Industrial Motor Control; William Godfrey in Information Technology Service; Savana Martinsen in Nurse Assisting; Thomas O’Shaughnessy in Plumbing; Audrey Weishaar in Residential & Commercial Appliance Technology; Jordi Arias Ventura in Telecommunications Cabling; Francis Gallo and James Gallo in Web Design. 

Students who earned a bronze medals are: Nicholas Hartoonian in CNC 3 Axis Milling Programmer; Grayson Lennon in Computer Programming; Gideon St. Lawrence in Culinary Arts; Savannah Poisson in Customer Service; Ananya Srinivas in First Aid CPR; Breann MacMillan, Martin Delonnay, Dayrin Cardona and Apier Chol in Health Knowledge Bowl; Ryan Beach in Industrial Motor Control; Jonathan Chrisom in Internetworking; Charlie Rouhana in Residential & Commercial Appliance Technology; Jesse Rogers in Technical Computer Applications; James Dwinell in Technical Drafting; Brady Baldassarre in Telecommunications Cabling; Ashley Megna and Max Guaman in Web Design. The following two bronze medalists, Matilda Keating in Cabinetmaking; Derek McGuire in Criminal Justice, qualified to compete at the state competition this spring.
