Tri-County follows Massachusetts General Law with regard to procurement and purchasing. Information about Massachusetts procurement requirements for supplies and services can be found in the Procurement Guidelines published by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Inspector General’s Office, and at the Inspector General’s website.

Current Bids

Bidders obtaining the bid documents from the District’s website should send an email confirmation containing the bidders contact information to haynes@tri-county.us in order to receive any addendum’s that may be issued.
