Our freshmen culinary students along with their Grade 11 counterparts took part in a competition resembling that of the hit television show "Chopped." With just four hours to prepare a meal, the students were given whole chicken, kimchi, vanilla wafers, pork rinds and a veggie burger and needed to plan and cook an appetizer, entree and dessert. Check out some photos!

Excellent event earlier this week as the ribbon was cut and children began playing on the pirate ship play structure at McGovern Elementary School in nearby Medway. While our Carpentry Program students posed for photos, much credit also goes to those in Auto Technology, Engineering and Plumbing for bringing this community collaboration to fruition.
