After graduation, Caeden continued his education by taking classes at Dean College, and today he's thriving as a BIM (Building Information Modeling) Technician at ADRM – Advanced Data Risk Management. 🎓💼
One of Caeden's favorite memories from high school was participating in SkillsUSA, where he loved the competitions and the chance to meet students from other vocational schools. Those experiences, along with exploring all areas of engineering, helped him discover a passion for drafting—especially using AutoCAD and Revit. His co‑op experience strengthened those skills even further and ultimately led him to the career he has today. 🔧📐
Caeden shared that earning certifications in AutoCAD and Revit, combined with hands‑on training and co‑op opportunities, made the transition from school to industry smooth and confidence‑building. 🚀
When asked what advice he would give current students:
“Tri‑County is such a great opportunity because you’re getting real, hands‑on experience while you’re still in school. Treat it like the start of your career—show up, be reliable, ask questions, and take pride in what you’re doing. Build relationships with your teachers and instructors, and take advantage of co‑ops and extra opportunities, even if they feel intimidating at first.” 💡✨
We’re proud to celebrate Caeden and the incredible path he is forging in the engineering and technology field. 🌟

These displays aren’t just decorations—they’re tools for communication, belonging, and building a welcoming environment for every child and family who walks through the door.
From bright visuals to thoughtful messaging, our students are learning how to support young learners and strengthen school‑family partnerships. ❤️

Children from the Tri-County Children’s Center had a chance to enjoy the snow this morning! ☃️✨
Our Early Education High School students took the lead by checking the temperature and wind chill, then using a Weather Guideline chart to determine if outdoor play was safe — and for how long. After reviewing the conditions, they gave the green light for 20 minutes of outdoor fun! 🌬️🌡️
Outdoor play is such an important part of fostering healthy growth and development, and today’s snowy adventure was the perfect opportunity to learn, play, and explore together. 💙

🔧⚡ Auto Tech is charging into the future!
Today our Auto Tech program received a major upgrade — a brand‑new Nissan Leaf EV, joining our Toyota RAV4 Hybrid as part of our growing fleet of advanced training vehicles.
This fully functional electric vehicle has been specially outfitted by AET Labs to serve as a hands‑on training aid. With this addition, our students will stay current with Tri‑County’s new Hybrid/Electric Vehicle curriculum, giving them the skills and confidence they need to step into a rapidly evolving automotive industry.
This incredible resource was made possible through the Skills Capital Grant awarded to Auto Tech. Big thanks to AET Labs and technology consultant Chris Macrina for helping bring this cutting‑edge learning tool to our shop.
Real vehicles. Real technology. Real career preparation.
This is what CTE looks like.

Our Carpentry students have been hard at work — in sun, wind, and everything New England throws at them — constructing brand‑new dugouts for Norfolk Recreation at the Freeman Kennedy School.
This project is a true team effort, bringing together Tri‑County Vocational, Norfolk Girls Softball, Norfolk Baseball, and Norfolk Recreation.
A huge shout‑out to Norfolk’s own carpenter Tom Antonellis for helping make this collaboration possible.
This is hands-on learning.
This is community partnership.
This is what CTE looks like.
Proud of our students for putting their skills to work in a way the whole town will enjoy for years to come.
