Students design and prepare new bulletin boards filled with updates, learning themes, and inclusive messages to keep families informed and engaged. These displays aren’t just decorations—they’re tools for communication, belonging, and building a welcoming environment for every child and family who walks through the door.
From bright visuals to thoughtful messaging, our students are learning how to support young learners and strengthen school‑family partnerships. ❤️

Our Culinary Arts students are hard at work every day—cooking, baking, sautéing, seasoning, and creating delicious meals and desserts from scratch. From fresh‑baked pastries to beautifully plated entrées, they bring passion and professionalism to every dish.
And did you know Gerry’s Place, our student‑run restaurant, is open to the public? It’s the perfect spot to enjoy incredible food while supporting the next generation of culinary talent.

Alumni All Star Spotlight: Conor Cadorette!
Conor is a 2025 graduate of the Computer Information Systems Program.
From the Computer Information Systems shop to a 4.0‑earning cybersecurity major, Conor is proving what hard work and curiosity can lead to. After graduating from Tri-County, Conor is continuing his education at Champlain College in Burlington, VT, where he’s already a sophomore while still in his first year.
He recently worked as an IT Intern at Hamilton Storage and hopes to return this summer. Conor credits his CIS background—and especially the CyberPatriot competitions he participated in during high school —for shaping his skills, confidence, and career direction.
His favorite TC memory? Senior prom… dressed as a banana. Long live Banana Man. 🍌
Conor’s advice to current students: “Take all the difficult classes you can. Even if you don’t think you can do it—try anyway.”

Children from the Tri-County Children’s Center had a chance to enjoy the snow this morning! ☃️✨
Our Early Education High School students took the lead by checking the temperature and wind chill, then using a Weather Guideline chart to determine if outdoor play was safe — and for how long. After reviewing the conditions, they gave the green light for 20 minutes of outdoor fun! 🌬️🌡️
Outdoor play is such an important part of fostering healthy growth and development, and today’s snowy adventure was the perfect opportunity to learn, play, and explore together. 💙

🔧⚡ Auto Tech is charging into the future!
Today our Auto Tech program received a major upgrade — a brand‑new Nissan Leaf EV, joining our Toyota RAV4 Hybrid as part of our growing fleet of advanced training vehicles.
This fully functional electric vehicle has been specially outfitted by AET Labs to serve as a hands‑on training aid. With this addition, our students will stay current with Tri‑County’s new Hybrid/Electric Vehicle curriculum, giving them the skills and confidence they need to step into a rapidly evolving automotive industry.
This incredible resource was made possible through the Skills Capital Grant awarded to Auto Tech. Big thanks to AET Labs and technology consultant Chris Macrina for helping bring this cutting‑edge learning tool to our shop.
Real vehicles. Real technology. Real career preparation.
This is what CTE looks like.

Our Carpentry students have been hard at work — in sun, wind, and everything New England throws at them — constructing brand‑new dugouts for Norfolk Recreation at the Freeman Kennedy School.
This project is a true team effort, bringing together Tri‑County Vocational, Norfolk Girls Softball, Norfolk Baseball, and Norfolk Recreation.
A huge shout‑out to Norfolk’s own carpenter Tom Antonellis for helping make this collaboration possible.
This is hands-on learning.
This is community partnership.
This is what CTE looks like.
Proud of our students for putting their skills to work in a way the whole town will enjoy for years to come.

Same shop. Same passion. Same family.
Meet Lydia (Grade 12) and Alice (Grade 9) — sisters taking on the Graphic Communications program together and proving that creativity definitely runs in the family.
👩🎨 Lydia
As a senior, she’s the seasoned pro of the shop — mastering design tools, leading projects, and setting the bar high for what’s possible in Graphic Communications.
🎒 Alice
Just starting her journey as a freshman, she’s already jumping into the world of design with big ideas, bold creativity, and the best built‑in mentor she could ask for.
🖥️ Graphic Communications + Sister Power = Unstoppable.

Meet Eddie Purtell — a Tri‑County CIS grad who took his passion for tech and launched it underwater. Literally.
🎓 Class Year: 2013
🛠 Shop: CIS – Computer Information Systems
🎓 Further Education: B.S. in Computer Engineering from UMass Dartmouth
💼 Career: Senior Electrical Engineer at Poseidon’s Forge
🤖 What he does: Designs unmanned underwater drones.
✨ Favorite TC Memory
Landing his Co‑Op position after interviewing for it. Eddie says it was the moment everything clicked — the hard work, the preparation, the confidence. It was his first real step into the field he dreamed of.
🚀 How Tri‑County Shaped His Path
Balancing academics, shop, and Co‑Op taught him the time‑management skills that carried him through college and into a demanding engineering career.
🤝 Impactful Activities
SkillsUSA and FIRST Robotics were game‑changers. They taught him teamwork, how to perform under pressure, and how to manage complex projects — skills he uses every day.
💡 Advice for Current Students
Build a schedule and stick to it. Even small wins matter. Getting your academic work done early in the week makes your weekends feel amazing.
🔧 How Vocational Training Helped
The certifications and hands‑on experience he gained in CIS opened doors to projects he never would’ve accessed otherwise. Today, he’s the go‑to person for anything networking‑related.
